on a wide, short street. The smaller upstairs apartment is light
and airy, with 1 bath, 1 bedroom, full kitchen with dining area, sala with
gas fireplace, small private patio.
The
larger downstairs apartment includes a studio (with comfortable day bed),
2 bathrooms, gas fireplace, dining room for 8, patio, automatic washer.
Shared roof garden.
Activities:
The
Instituto Allende is a short walk away, also Kikis supermarket, St. Paul's
English speaking church, clay tennis courts, Sunday produce market.
The
house is a 20 minute (interesting) walk to the center of town, and a local
bus passes the corner every 15 minutes.
Rates
Information:
The
upstairs apartment rents for $750 per month, $300 per week.
The
downstairs $800 per month, $340 per week.
Rent
includes utilities, weekly maid, local phone, DSL wireless computer connection.
Each apartment has a TV (cable contract is up to tenant).
Deposit
: For monthly rentals a deposit check for $200, for weekly rentals a check
for payment in full.
Full
payment due before occupancy, on receipt of which I will send a key to
the street door of house.

Cancellation
: If I am able to rent reserved space I will refund all monies paid,
if not no refund given.
