Rates
are based on 12 guests or less The Casa Grande can accommodate up
to 18 persons. Over 12 guests are charged $90/person/night more.

refund policy for all holiday bookings.
Travel
Guard Insurance highly recommended
Rates are for the entire villa, we do not rent per room or per person.
50%
deposit is required upon booking your reservation. The remaining 50% will
be due 60 days prior to your arrival. Should you make your reservation
30 days prior to arrival , 100% will be required to validate your reservation.
A security
deposit of $500.00 usd will be required on all bookings. If there are no
property damages or long distance calls, it will be returned in full within
60 days.
Our
staff will assist you from 9 am to 9 pm. They will shop, cook 3 meals per
day and will be happy to assist you in every way. Food and Beverages are
not included in our rates. Tipping for the staff is customarily appreciated.

Cancellation
Policy: In the event of a cancellation 60 days or less prior to arrival
an attempt will be made to re rent the property. If the property is rented
the deposit will be returned less as 20% service charge. If the propery
cannot be re rented then no refund will be issued. There is a no refund
policy for holiday bookings.
