The
villa will accommodate 10 persons. Every room has an ocean
view. 4,000 sq. ft. villa with marble floors, and cathedral ceilings creating
a feeling of openness. The iron handmade beds, are all
uniquely designed. Five bathrooms each with a shower,
the master bath also has a large soaker tub overlooking the ocean.
The second floor contains three bedrooms, each has a private terrace with
ocean view. Large closets, and a lock box in each. A spacious kitchen. |

Cancellations
and Refunds
In
the event of an emergency cancelation (30 days prior) we will reschedule
for you, but will retain the 50% deposit, you will be charged a $500.00
re-booking fee, unless we are able to re-book it.
Deposits
Reservations
are confirmed upon the receipt of a 50% deposit. A refundable $500.00 damage/security
phone deposit is required. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
