The electronically gated villa is located on approximately one acre of oceanfront landscaped tropical gardens in a very private guarded gated community 20 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and very close to the new Four Seasons Resort at Punta de Mita.

Villa La Canta is a new contemporary Mexican beach villa on a bluff overlooking the north shore of the Bay of Banderas blending the best of modern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. There is a private beach with access from the house. There are miles of beach and great swimming, snorkeling and surfing in front of the villa.

The villa has a very open floor plan but all rooms can be closed with sliding glass walls and are individually air conditioned. All rooms have unobstructed views to the Bay and Puerto Vallarta and the Marietta Islands. Villa La Canta is located near the entrance of the bay so that it is protected but still enjoys the feel of the open Pacific Ocean.

The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters and mahogany cabinetry. All appliances that you could expect are available. The kitchen will seat six and the outdoor dining palapa will seat eight to ten. There is state of the art water purification and all tap water is potable.
