A
Mexican style villa, located in Conchas Chinas district of Puerto Vallarta.
Enter through the antique doors and be welcomed into the magical
setting. A magnificent view catches your attention immediately. Look at
the Bay of Banderas. The open structure of the living room brings
this incredible view right into the house. You will notice the fine furniture
and beautiful handcrafted items, imported from all over Mexico. Let
the ocean breezes cool and invigorate . The tall ceilings elude to a feeling
of freedom and comfort.
The
villa has 10,000 sq feet of living space. Making it one a of the
largest houses in the area. Built in 1997, it features hand-painted
tiles, stained glass windows and wrought iron. Share time with the family
in a room equipped with a VCR and house library, 35 inch
television, 25 or more videos, as well as a CD/tape/radio player. |

| The
villa can accomodate 16 adults, it has eight luxurious large bedrooms
. All with fantastic ocean views and balconies.
Seven
bedrooms have private bathrooms. Seven king beds and one queen
bed. Each room has a ceiling fan, and a lockable safe, an air conditioner.

villa offers a 180 degree view, several hundred feet up above the ocean. |

the fishing boats leaving for the day at the break of dawn as you enjoy
breakfast on the patio. Enjoy the shimmering sunset while enjoying dinner.
The view will leave you breathless.

observed from the deck areas |

The beach
is located just a ten minute walk down the hill. The Downtown area is five
minutes away by taxi. The airport is twenty minutes away by car.

The house
has a phone and a fax. Local calls are free. A calling card
or credit card is needed for long distance calls.

There
is a w/d set available for you to use. The staff will do basic maid service
every day. Towels, sheets, and soap are included for you.

You can
stay at home to eat if you'd like. In the morning, let the cook know what
you'd like to eat. They will go and shop for you and cook your meal.
Groceries will be at your cost and the receipt will be provided.

internet connection is available but have have your own laptop computer.
