All reservations
require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, final payment is due 45 days
before arrival (60 days for Holidays). Payments can be made by personal
check or with credit card for an additional 2% process fee. All reservations
are fully refundable minus a $150.00 re booking fee as long as it can be
re rented, if we are unable to re rent the unit all reservations are non-refundable,
however travel insurance is available for an extra fee
