A professional staff of housemaid, houseman/bartender. The cook does
all the shopping, prepares 2 meals a day to your request, or there
is a menu to choose from.The Staff is available for a 6 day work week.
The day off is determined by the your arrival day. The house manager
can arrange for you most anything you request. The villa is a 15 minute
walk from the beach, an a 20 minute walk to the old town's center. Nightclubs,
Shopping, fishing, snorkeling, horseback riding and sightseeing,
are nearby. |

Reservation/Bookings,
Deposits and Final Payments - The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of
total rental fee in U.S. funds at time of request for reservation must
be received within 7 days to hold reservation. Payment must be either a
cashiers check or money order. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel
date. A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your
request. All reservation requests made 60 days or less will require full
payment of rental fee to confirm request. Special handling fees may apply.
Reservations will automatically be canceled if deposits are not received
in our office within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat
any confirmed booking as canceled if schedules are not met. An extension
may be requested. Any changes made to the reservation once confirmed may
be subject to a change fee. There is an additional $1,000.00 refundable
security deposit due with final payment. Deposit to be returned two months
after departure from the villa.
