is due 60 days before arrival.Damage deposit is due 60 days before arrival
and will be returned within 2 weeks after the condo is vacated, less any
amount deducted for damages.If reservation is cancelled, the entire damage
deposit will be refunded. Cancellations 90 days prior to arrival are refundable,
less a $100 handling fee.Cancellations 89 – 61 days prior to arrival are
refundable less a $200 handling fee. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival
are refundable at owner’s discretion based on ability to re-rent. Property
will be ready for occupancy by 2:00 PM on the first day of the rental and
must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the ending day of the rental, unless other
arrangements are made. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. Travel
Guard is one option
