to the white sands turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. It's only
a 4 minute walk to the town of Playa del Carmen and the ferry terminal
to Cozumel. Enjoy the stunning views of the ocean, sky, and
trees.Located next to the park and ancient Mayan ruin Xaman Ha. A grassy
yard and bright flowers with tall, shady trees surround the villa. It has
amenities. Satellite TV, DVD or VCR a stereo, full loaded kitchen
with all appliances and a washer & dryer. 4 bedrooms have
a terrace and are cooled by ocean breezes with ceiling fans. One has a/c.
Maid service 3 days a week (or more on request and $$). A chef
may be hired.
