The ground floor of the villa has lots of colour with  Mexican Folk Art and several paintings.  The main living areas are cooled by ceiling fans and ocean breezes.   The main living area has a dining room, living area, gourmet kitchen and a large patio which features a fountain.

There are two BBQ grills ( one is gas and the other is charcoal).  There is a colorful area for dining. There are 4 airconditioned bedrooms. Two upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom contains its own bath. As well there is  a 1/2 bath in the main living area.

There are 3 balconies which face the ocean.  This villa is made for the perfect tropical Hideaway.
