Villa is one large villa with two totally separate living areas. Located
in a private gated compound of four villas with lush landscaping and pampering
your every need. With incredible ocean views. This beach is very popular
during turtle season for the hundreds of turtles who nest here. A spectacular
thing to view and remember for a lifetime.

living room and terraza are decorated with pottery and Mexican hand-painted
or carved furnishings. All the modern conveniences of home. Telephone,
cable TV and VCR. The villa is air conditioned for your cooing enjoyment!
The lower level villa is used as a private residence by the owner.
When
the owner is not in staying there, you may rent the entire villa as a 5
bedroom. There is a lock off interior stairwell which can be opened to
enjoin the two units. The upper villa is a luxury three bedroom, three
bathroom, fully equipped vacation villa. It has its own terrace and a fully
equipped kitchen. If wanting more space request the entire villa to use
as a spacious 5 bedroom / 5 bath villa rental. |

20 minutes away for shopping, dining and dancing in Playa del Carmen or
the same just 10 minutes away in Puerto Morelos. Round trip transportation
between the villa and the Cancun Airport for up to 8 guests is included
with the rental of CDL Villa's Explorer or Blazer. (Extra fee applies please
ask).
The
upper villa can sleep 9 (3 must be children or younger teens in the loft
style single beds)
The
lower villa can sleep 4 more for a total of 11 guests.
(There
is an extra small room downstairs that can house 2 more) Max capacity total
