| The
villa is designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its three levels,
4 bedrooms with king-size beds each, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining
room, kitchen, pantry, terraces and office, all with broad windows that
offer a spectacular view. 4 independent air-conditioners that are usually
not needed due to the cool breeze and the screened windows. The kitchen
has a range and oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster and kitchen
utensils.
Water
is provided by the rain and a natural well. In the living room you will
be able to enjoy private satellite TV. In the entrance there is a guard
who will open and close the gate every time you go out or in, as many times
as needed, and to whom you will be able to speak through the interphone
in the kitchen of the villa.
HOW
TO GET THERE
In
the only exit of Cancun International Airport (2 km - 1.24 miles), you
will find the Cancun - Tulum freeway. Take your right southbound to a traffic
light 14 km (8.69 miles) away: you are now in Puerto Morelos. On the right
there is a gas station. Go straightforward 10.5 km (6.52 miles)
You
see the Mayan Palace Hotel entrance turn where you should proceed to return
on the same freeway 1.5 km (0.93 miles). to encounter the entrance to Playa
del Secreto. You are now on a road divided by a curb with palm trees. About
900 m (2952.75 feet) ahead you can see the watch-house and gate of Playa
del Secreto residential area. 100 m (328.08 feet) past the watch-house,
turn left northbound to a divided road and turn right again to see the
secret jewel: Villa Cancun II. Welcome.
