A luxury 5 star, 5 bedroom villa located on a beachfront complex of 4 villas. Able to sleep 10 guests in beds comfortably. Two more guests may use the sofa bed for an extra fee. Each villa is luxury and offers you more than all the amenities of home. A private and secluded setting. We have opened a new private beach club on site. We have suffered beach damage and have gone to plan B and created this wonderful area for you. Just south of the complex the beautiful beach still does exist. The villa pool is emcompassed by an esthetically pleasing round rock wall to offer privacy.

While snorkelling view the colorful reef fish, stingrays, crabs, and in the right season, turtles laying eggs in the evenings between 10 p.m. and 5 am. A favorite area for the sea turtles. From May through to Oct. the turtles return to the beach every year to lay their eggs in the sand. During this time, many new nests can be laid on the beach each evening. You may watch, sitting in the sand right next to these awesome turtles as they lay their eggs. Please do not shine a flashlight at them or disturb them. In the morning at the end of the season, you can view the hatchling turtles heading into the ocean. A once in a lifetime experience.

The interior boasts a Mayan decor and has painted mural ceilings for hours of viewing enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of our chef. We are able to meet your every need. Walkie talkies are supplied to keep in contact with us. The office is located on the site and can assist you with any special requests. Weddings are a specialty and they'd be honoured to share in this event with you.

The beach at is perfect for swimming with a gradual slope into the ocean.  You can swim or snorkel out a good distance and the water will not be over your head.  On windy days, the sea is great fun for boogie boards and body surfing. On those ever so gorgeous calm days, the ocean is fabulous for snorkeling and ocean kayaking.  For those who know where to look, you can find lobster under the rocky reef ledges on the north end of the beach.  Snorkelers can see many colorful fish on the reef, as well as the occasional octopus, ray, crab, or even a sea turtle if you are lucky. 

The area has been a favorite nesting ground for thousands of years for the giant sea turtles, such as leatherbacks and tortuga blanca. From May to October, 300 lb. sea turtles return each year to lay their eggs in the soft, warm sand. Every night, as many as 10 new nests can be found on the beach. You may sit in the sand next to these wonderful turtles and watch as they lay their eggs and then walk with them as they return to the sea. Some mornings you can see the tiny hatchling turtles battle their way across the sand into the ocean. It is an experience of a lifetime and does something for your heart and your soul. 

Natural Beauty:
Other wildlife abounds on shore. In the natural surrounding jungle, mangroves and cenotes, you may be fortunate to see fox, deer, crocodiles, and wild boar.  Jaguars have even been seen on rare occasions, and sometimes you can hear their cries at night. 

Bird watching is excellent in this area. Along with wild parrots, hawks and flocks of pelicans flying in formation, you can see the tropical pewee bird. This small avis has a sweet call.  The kingfisher can also be seen here, with a a long beak and a distinct blue-black color with a white band around its neck and belly.  Birders may even get lucky and see the elusive black-necked stilt in the mangrove.

Private Community:
This is a private community of homeowners, with under a dozen homes. The residents and property owners are committed to preserving the area as a peaceful, tranquil, private location by controlling growth and development of the beach.  While large hotel and condo projects are springing up along the coast, this will hopefully remain as a beach community of privately owned fine homes and villas.
